After spending much of his career leading large-scale enterprise transformations from the inside and as a consultant, Micah recognized a persistent gap: organizations were adopting tools—but not truly transforming.\n \n \n \nIn response, he founded MBT to rethink transformation from first principles—combining proven industry practices with proprietary platforms that help organizations understand their technology, people, and operations as a unified system.
